Michael M. Rollins

Michael is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Valeo Groupe Americas. Michael serves as a member of the managing committee of Valeo Groupe as well as its head of capital markets for both the parent company and several of its
affiliates. Michael is also the President of Rollins Jamaica where he oversees the development of 4,500 acres of resort property together with other subsidiaries in the utility business and entertainment business.
Michael was a part of the ownership group of the Brimstone companies which focuses on natural resources mainly timber, natural gas, oil and coal based in the Southeastern United States. Michael started his career in capital markets at Bear Stearns in New York as well as Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse where he helped manage one of the largest private wealth advisory practices. Using his years of experience in multiple areas of property development and finance in combination with his personal connections to the company and education, Michael helps guide Valeo with his sound, secure and tested business expertise.
Michael received his Bachelors of Science from Syracuse University and attended the Widener School of Law. Further, Mr. Rollins received his Diploma in Hospitality Management from Le Cordon Bleu in Adelaide, Australia.
